M & S online order

I ordered a Television from M&S and was expecting to have it delivered tomorrow, got an email today saying it won't be delivered until next week.
I phoned them up to complain but they have now told me the TV is out of stock and they are not sure if they can get another due to demand.
But the thing is i called them last friday on the 15th as i did not want to take a day off for nothing and was told the Tv has been dispatched to the installers and i would def get it on thursday.
I paid on my credit card and they took the money so i'm getting charged interest as from last statement.
Can you please advise me where i stand and what am i entitled too, i know i would just have to grin and bare it if they had not taken the money from my CC but they took money from my CC and it says on the T&C's that products remain property of M&S until payment has recieved.
The woman i spoke to said she have to pass on my details to someone else as they have already took my money and she was not sure what to do as normally the money is not taken if the item was not in stock but clearly the item must have been in stock for them to take the money.
If they refund me the cost of the TV i will still have lost a days pay charged two months interest on the money they took.
Can i ask them to give me an alternative tv for the same price ?
Where do i stand on Chapter 75 CC protection and or breach of contract.
Thanks in advance
