MBNA / Problem with Kaleidoscope online shopping

I bought a dress online from Kaleidoscope. It was too large, so they sent me one in a smaller size and charged my card for the second time. I have been waiting for a collection for the old dress for over a week now, Kaleidoscope keep claiming they're on it, but nobody ever turns up.

I have tried disputing the transaction with MBNA, but they claim that they can't do anything until the item is collected. I protested that that is the point - they aren't even collecting it, let alone refunding it.

What should we do next, I feel like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Pester Kaleidoscope or send it back yourself to them and get them to refund your postage to you as wella s the dress cost.

But the problem is that Kaleidoscope are proving unresponsive, and if they can't sort this out, what's the chance of them refunding the postage. Are they generally known as a "bad egg"?

does it have a returns label for the post office in the packet. been honest though you have to wait 28 days really before the card will even really touch
