mmmmmmm. in theory, yes. in practice..... fat chance! :rotfl:NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.
and, please. only thank when appropriate. not to boost idiots egos.0 -
sorry i scan read your post - in effect and by law even though the CSA may say different as an NRPP YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED BY LAW TO PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO DO SO, however they may say that as you refuse to give info we guess (yes they do this) you have millions and therefore your NRP has the means to pay more.0

if you are on csa2 then you, as an nrpp can legally tell them to stick their request up their !!!!!.
csa1 the nrpp's circs are taken into account for working out percentage of housing costs to be allowed.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

Speedster, on CS1 the NRPP circs are only taken into account if the PWC has applied for a variation or departure on grounds that NRPP can contriibute to housing, so if no departure in place then NRP gets 100% of housing allowance as I believe0

but if you refuse to give them then you won't get any protected income and may end up paying more as a result.0
