How can I stop NRPP tax id details going to PWC

Further to my earlier post I'm still worrying about this, I have got all the accounts, tax returns and replys to PWC comments ready for her variation claim but is there anyway I can stop them giving her our partnership tax return? She's welcome to our figures, we've got nothing to hide but after previous harrassment I don't want my (I'm NRPP) UTR , NI number etc passed on. I'm sure the data protection act should have some bearing but their paperworks states "Any info that you give us may be given to anyone involved in your maintainance calc"
NRP isn't helping as his head is well and truely stuck in the sand and thinks we shouldn't have to send them any data (this is because he was making voluntary payments which shes now denied) Can anyone here please help me, I'm starting to lose the plot.

Your personal details will be 'blacked out' when copied to the PWC. Even your name, any details about you, eg your address, NI no, DOB etc etc will not be available for the PWC to see, but all other info will still be there for PWC to read.

I don't think the CSA are allowed to divulge any details without your permission due to data protection.

They are not allowed to divulge any information regarding a 3rd party, thus why all NRPP details are 'blacked out' on any documents sent to the PWC
  • What a relief thank-you. Wish they'd told us that!!!

Lol Speedster, you right, but in our case think it was the ONLY thing the CSA got right, they did erase all of the NRPP details to PWC . But know of others who have received personal information they should not have been privvy to.

But they did lose our bank statements which proved NRP was not earning the ££££ that they were assessing him on, so ICE now dealing with breach of 6th and 7th Principal of Data Protection Act, as admitted by CSA.:rotfl:

Just to back speedster up they didn't with my paperwork either

On the otherhand the nice people from the csa have sent a letter to me NRP with all pwc's details

The blacking out is a manual process sometimes the monkey misses pages as shown in my DP files also ;)

Please replace that 'will' with 'should'

I agree with other postings on this thread...the csa dont always 'black out' the stuff that they should.
    They didn't in my case....
