ASDA reward credit card...

Just got a junk mail ..but it seems to be a good offer...0% on balance trnsfers for 12 months 2.9% fee applies.....ASDA reward credit card...
I am thinking of doing a balance transfer, ( I need to) from my 0% M and S card who's offer has now ran out, I wasn't quick enough to already change it already to some other...
There is no phone number on the ASDA mailing nor on the website...so before I apply,
I wondered if anybody knew if it would be possible to transfer M and S card as a balance transfer onto this ASDA one, or are they part of same 'group', ? - I know I for example I cant change the TESCO one (which is RBS) to one of my other )0% cards as that is also RBS...
Any help greatly appreciated...
