Free adware and spyware remover wanted.

Hi, was wondering if there were any totally free ad and spyware removers out there. Something that not only shows you the files found on your computer but then asks you to register in order to remove them, but something that removes them for free.

Windows Defender

and the two others most often used:

Spybot S+D
Adaware

i use them all
