Best trekking/adventure company

Hello - I'm looking to book a trek either doing the Annapurna Sanctuary in Nepal or Macchu Pichu in Peru. Could anyone recommend the best company to book with. So far I have looked at Explore, Exodus and the Adventure Company.
If anyone has done either of these treks would be grateful to hear how you got on. BF and I are quite fit but still worried about how hard it might be.

I've just come back from a two week trek in Vietnam. I used Imaginative Traveller and they were fantastic and reasonably priced. Their website is https://www.imaginative-traveller.com
They definately do tours to Peru.
