    Entirely upto you
    Tea timer prevents certain registry changes (In case of malware infection ect). But it can be more trouble than its worth (Particularly with program updates and windows updates etc)

    Most people wouldnt have a clue what to allow and what not to allow and so allow everything anyways which makes the entire process useless
