"the times trial subscripition" still sending me mags??

dear to anyone that might know what to do or have successfully solved this situation
just emailed them ask why still send me the times mags. in email said i never signed or agree to extend trail. they have invoiced me for 34.99 when i clearly did not agree to it
any advice or suggestions would be greatly appricated

If you read the terms I am sure you will find that when you signed up and gave your bank details the onus was on you to cancel prior to the trial ending. In addition, note that as you received an introductory offer you may not be able to cancel for the period of the contract. With an ordinary subscription you can cancel at any time for a pro rata refund.0

dear mse members,
with the times trial so called subscirption ,actually did not enter any bank details, only my address,
they have not replied as yet ..for the record they based in holland (time warner publishing B.V.)
if im forced to pay at least britannica 2009 is free only if i pay the £34.99 ...not know if this is great value, thats for
54 issues which is about 65p each issue0 -
now successfully resolved they agreed to cancel subscription as shown below
