:money:Its taken me from June last year but finally I have had a offer from Barclaycard for a PPI refund. I used them templates on this site plus added the fact I had been into hospital during the term of the PPI and not used the service as I did not know I had it!
I have had the Barclaycard since I was 19 (1997) and im being offered just over £3000 :T in a refund.
Do I take this? Which is what I think I should do, but then you guys on these posts helped me this far, so do I accept the 1st offer??
or am I being greedy?
as Barclays only have 6 years of records and the card is over 11 years of PPI, but I have no proof either of the early days (ie the records no longer kept).
Like I say just a bit of worthy advice will help me put this case to bed and either way its been a big success and I mean anyone can claim back if they state a decent case!

Have they sent you a detailed written breakdown through the post as well?
This way you will know what is what with the PPI, if they have not sent this ask if they could send this to you for ASAP.
