Complaining About A Company

Hello

I need to make a complaint regarding 'Thomson' the holiday shop.

I have complained to the complaints department of the holiday company but that has not got me anywhere.

Is there like a company like Ofcom or something but to complan about companies?

    They may be able to help.

    That said a complaint is often a waste of time and ABTA seem more interested in financial issues rather than general complaints.

    What is your issue?

    As above they may or may not help, im pretty sure TC holidays are ATOL protected. Mine is anyways(booked through co-op)

    It depends on the nature of the complaint if an Miss-advertisement type thing then its the office of fair trading. If its just bad customer services in store then there's not a lot you can do. Give us sum more details and will be able to point you in the right direction.
