Quidco - Praise, vent, rant

So far not had much joy with Quido. I have had a couple of quid approved on minor purchases, but the two major purchases I made recently (and the reason I joined Quido) have been nothing but hassle and disappointment.

Two large purchases didn't show in my activity list - I wrote to Quidco and they told me I had to wait a month before taking it any further.

After a month, still no sign of them so I went through the procedure and they eventually got added to my tracking list.

Yesterday, the largest purchase which was worth £10 cashback to me got declined. And there seems to be no effort made by Quido to query this, even though it was added manually and I provided all the reference numbers to prove the purchase.

Rutha, can't believe your still banging on about quidco, and saying all the same old tosh as you did before, would have thought you'd be happily swanning around in your Bentley and staying in the penthouse of the Hilton in Paris like you used to do?!? :rotfl:
just for the record (and to keep it "on topic") I have never had a payment not go through from Quidco :T
