Never ever buy anything from DGM.

I have bought monitor from overclockers.co.uk my Monitor L-2442WD in May 2008. Everything was ok but one day my monitor stopped working. I have 3 years warranty with it, so called to over clockers and they forwarded me to DGM. I have sent my faulty unit on the 2nd of November 2009 and have been waiting for fixing it.
They gave me an answer what I don’t need to worry and they call me back as soon as it will be ready.
I called there 1 time per one-two weeks but did not see any progress:
Unfortunately, your unit is still on hold awaiting a part, which we do
not have in stock. We are currently waiting for Head Office to forward
this part onto us so that we can complete the repair for you.
I think what for more than two month it is possibly to do a delivery from Mars but they just were keeping me waiting. Finally, I called to trading standard and after some time they offered me a replacement: L2362WD. Not the same, it is smaller but I accepted that. Now they are keeping saying what they don’t have this screen in stock and I have to wait. And it reminds me first part of this story then I had to wait a call back about fixing my screen. It looks like they do not do anything at all.
