Please could the talk talk representative answer me a quick question.
I have an account with Tiscali (now been taken over by talk talk) for broadband and home phone (anytime calls package).
I have just received a letter from talk talk saying that from 26th February my rate is being reduced to £28.23. Please could you tell me if this includes vat or excludes vat.
The reason for asking is that if it excludes vat then it is more than I am paying now.
I have also just tried to register with talk talk forums but my account number I had with tiscali is not working and there was no new account number on the letter I had this morning.
Please advise.

If it doesn't state whether it includes VAT, and you're not a business customer, then it ought to include VAT or at least show both prices! That said, I'd check personally.0
