If you are signing off now you shouldn't fill the book in. You should have been given a dedicated tel no to call tosign off. It's designed to streamline the process as taxcredit'sare informed (if necessary) and local council re lha,hb and ctc is applicable.0

It's a pilot, you communicate the change by telephone and *all* (I think) benefits are actioned appropriately.
So, you're correct, but I imagine the pilot will become a national thing0 -
I called my local Job Centre about signing-off, due to having a job. They gave me a 0800 number to call to sign-off, and don't bother with the booklet. This number is to sign-off people are starting work.
I asked them about the booklet. They said the booklet is for signing-off for 'other reasons'.0 -
