iTunes fraud

Hi, I wanted to ask if anyone else has been a victim of fraud on iTunes? And whether their situation was dealt with professionally or, as in my case, totally unhelpfully?

    I had someone hack my account and make purchases on my account with my credit card, I emailed itunes and they refunded me my purchases, all done with swiftly and professionally

    The allegation of a lack of professionalism is likely to be against Apple rather than the fraudster....
