holiday/ideas prices please

Hi,
My OH and I have a week booked off work and nowhere to go... yet... and tho well travelled I don't know any of the med resorts at all, so need some help please!
We need to travel on Sunday 23rd July, back on the 30th
prefered airport: gatwick, bristol, southampton, bournemouth... anywhere south really.
Destination-wise... not sure... we want warm weather, nice beach, nice pool, relatively kid free... not like Benidorm, AyiaNapa.
Would prefer EITHER... all inc if its a nice resort where we could just lie back and take advantage of everything being laid on, OR nice accomodation really nearby to nice restaurants/tavernas/bars etc (not the Brits abroad type fish'nchips, Linekers etcetc!)
Costwise would like to be under £400 each, but open to any suggestions!!
