Where to go?

Hi
Im looking for suggestions on where to go on holiday.
Its me and my gf, both 25. Shes not really into clubbing but do like bars, pubs etc. She would ideally like a beach or pool if not both.
We went to Cyprus 2 years ago which wasnt bad but there didnt seem to be enough to do. We also went to Malta last year which was a good holiday, there was plenty to do, everyone was really nice and to be honest we are debating going back again...but we would like to try somewhere else first.
Bugets are around £350 pp for a week (might stretch to £400) in June time. I was thinking Ibiza but she wont go - she just thinks San Antonio is all there is.
