confused about benefit entitlement

Hi everyone I just have a small problem of which I need help with.

Basically I have been on benefits for 1 year now since leaving my sons father. I have met another man and I am being kicked out of my private rented house due to the landlord wanting to move back in.

My boyfriend and I have been friends for years but only got together a few months ago. He has recently been offered a job in London where he will be staying monday to friday and has offered to let me and my son move in to his house, he will obviously be living there saturday to sunday every week. He will be in no way supporting us and I will be paying a lot of the bills as he won't be using anything during the week and as I said he will only be there at weekends for two nights. I was just wondering if I will lose my housing benefit and income support. I can't work until my son is in full time schooling which will be in september and I have to move out of my house in April.

As I stated before he will be in no way supporting me or my son but will I still lose my income support and housing benefit?

Please help I'm very confused especially as we are not yet in a deeply serious relationship its just circumstance

Thanks

    Are you for real?

You want to claim means tested benefits while living with you boyfriend but because he works away during the you think that you will still treated as a single parent?

You will be treated as couple for benefit purposes and not receive means tested benefits.
