Sainsburys delivery - grrrrr

Now I know why we haven't shopped with Sainsburys Online for ages:
- Relatively high number of substitutions (compared with Ocado and Tesco)
- Items out of stock and no substitution available
- No price match when items are substituted
- Bizarre substitutions (baby feeding spoons instead of soother holders!?)
At least they delivered near the beginning of the delivery slot, but they've annoyed me sufficiently not to bother with them again.
