Pharmacy Complaint

The Pharmacy that's attached to my local Health Centre is a complete disaster, it has been for years and it's only gotten worse as it was an absolute pigsty today, rubbish all over the floor, broken seats and windows, huge queues yet loads of staff doing very little, missing prescriptions, things out of stock and the lady behind the counter who literally blanked me for 5 minutes doing other things eventually admitted to me that "there's 1000's of them here, I don't have a fukcing clue where anything is anymore now".
Thing is I'm at a loss at who to submit a complaint to so something is maybe finally done about it, do I ask for the pharmacy manager to complain to? Report it to the Health Centre that houses it? Write to the NHS?
Any help appreciated.

I would get my prescription and take it to a different pharmacy, a lot of places will now collect your prescription and some will even deliver your meds to the door0

My local pharmacy mistook me for a junkie, 'You'll be in for your methadone, then', when all I wanted was to collect my statins prescription.I shot a vein in my neck and coughed up a Quaalude.

Make a point of asking for your prescription so you can go elsewhere, and tell them in no uncertain terms why. They're probably only get by being that was from all the 'automatic' custom from the surgery. No one would go to a high street pharmacy in that state.0

You need to ask who owns the pharmacy, I'm assuming it's not a big chain like boots? as you wouldn't see broken windows and seats in there! but someone is in charge some where, some pharmacies are a chain and some are small independant stores. Even if it's in a medical centre it can be owned by someone else, so do some digging and then write a formal letter of complaint. Pharmacies are inspected so I am baffled to see how it has got into such a state. Just out of interest where in the country are you?0
