  • thanks Racyred for putting together the collection its fab and thanks to squeaky for puting up the link :D

    my bread is done, i put it on fastbake light topping and its come out bright white and i prodded it and its a little soft, just letting it cool for 15min before taking it out of the pan :):confused: dunno what it will taste like but we will see :) but the next one will have to be put on meduim topping :)

    edit - right its ok but a little hevey, the paddle didnt stick but it looks like it hasnt cooked properly :( i am off to try a 'normal loaf' now and see how it turns out, maybe its cause i used fast bake? will update later
