Hey peeps thought I would just add my excellent service I had from Halfords yesterday
Im going to get hopefully an email if not a letter sent to the store to tell them as I know myself previously working in customer service its always nice when you are appreciated and go the extra mile.
Went into Halfords last night to order a new Mountain bike.
Had £350 to spend. The advisor Darren althought finished at half five was there with me till just before 6 helping me pick the best bike. Also accessories I wanted helping pick the best ones etc.
You dont get it very often I tell you but fair play. Happy customer I gotta say.
