At the moment they do not know ,they are taking it apart again to fault find . I guess there will come a time when a line will have to be drawn as the car is taking up a bay when enough , will be enough .I have no idea how these things work and do not want to be blinded by science so to speak , The car is 4 years old and has jut under 60 k and was fine until I took it in .
  • What car is it?

Could it be they havent got the timing marks lined up correctly or they have caught something simple when putting it back together?

We had a Nissan years ago that wouldnt turn the imob light off and refuse to start. Traced it to a trapped wire. After a long time lol.

    The OP is clearly american.
Therefore any advice may be misplaced

Its just a case of waiting for the garage find the fault it will be fixable but sometimes with electrical faults it can take a while to find the source.
