green flag quote

I am currently looking for breakdown cover and was intending to go with auto aid as it was the cheapest I could find (£32.00, but you have to pay up front).

Then I just saw an ad on tv for green flag and decided to get a quote for Rescueplus, which includes home start, and the quote was just £30.45!

Can anyone who has green flag cover give any postive or negative feedback before I sign up?

Thanks.

I used to have Green Flag cover under the BP staff scheme. The only time my car ever broke down was on the M25 one rainy morning when I had the wife and kids with me.
They refused to come out on the grounds that I wasn't a member! I had my card with me and everything!
It took 90 minutes to sort out the mess - family were soaked through from standing beside the motorway and I vowed never to use them again.
Now with AutoAid and happy. Wife has had one call-out where they attended within 20 minutes.
    Can I help?

Had them out twice both times there in under 30 minutes.

Many motor insurers use greenflag for their add on rescue cover and will normally give you a fair discount for bundling it with the car insurance.

Thanks for the replies, especially pennymakespounds, I had a Quidco account which I had never used so I went through them tonight.

    Thanks
