Has anyone ever used Kalms stress relief tablets. Do they work?

Minds are like parachutes - they only function when open.

I have used them and they helped somewhat. I also use Bach Rescue Remedy if you dont like popping pills. You just put a few drops on your tongue when feeling stressed.0

I have to say I noticed no difference. But then I did have a real chronic mental health problem when I tried taking them and not normal levels of anxiety.
I found talking helped the most and writing stuff down- not found a pill that really helped more then that so far. Even for every day anxiety, I tried some kalms a few months back when I was feeling stressed and again no difference, but the pack was a month out of date so not sure if it counts.0 -
I did use them a few years ago when I was feeling uptight and stressed.
I got the day and the night ones. I had to stop taking the night ones as I was feeling almost too calm and relaxed!! I never usually take anything like this but I would try them again in similar situation.....I don't think the effect was psychological, because TBH I really wasn't expecting them to make any difference!!0 -
So just wondering, how many do you all take? is it as recommended or much more?0

Think i took 2 three times a day, it was quite a bit ago, i suffer anxiety and it did take the edge off for me
That was taking quiet life tablets by lanes, only reason i took them is because they had added b vits and i know stress depletes these x 0 -

Recommended dose! Would people take more? Not me, of anything, too much of a chicken!!
Claribel's description of "taking the edge off" is a really good description of how they worked for me. I literally just took them for a few days and they did help, having said that I'm really not a pill popper............it's probably 6 months since I even took a paracetemol. I was surprised that they had a beneficial effect. A few days was just enough for me to get my grip back IYKWIM!!0 -
So annoyed they don't work for me- they sound great! I had tried the recommended dose and even once tried more.0

I've started taking Herbal Nytol which has similar ingredients to Kalms as I've been having trouble sleeping consistently which I put down to stress.
I'm hopeing if there's something out there to "take the edge" off my stress throughout the day so I may give Kalms a go.Minds are like parachutes - they only function when open.

Easier said than done, sometimes I know, but need to try and tackle the causes of the stress too! Having said that a bit of "taking the edge off" for a short while can help you take stock!
Good luck!0
