Looks like the trader has taken down: outdoorventure.co.uk but their other outlet: stores.ebay.co.uk/Outdoor-Venture is still up and running.
I paid the trader £30 or so for a couple of pairs of X-socks which were advertised as in stock. The money was debited immediately but no goods were ever dispatched.
I contacted the trader on a number of occasions asking for a refund but have received no response. This appears to be the same problem experienced by others who have left negative feedback on eBay.

I am in the process of trying to get the local Trading Standards Office involved to deal with this trader.
Give Outdoor-Venture a wide berth. There's plenty of decent internet retailers out there. They aren't one of them.0
