Spyware Doctor. How do you rate it?

I keep coming across Spyware Doctor on friends computers and wonder if its any good
Personally I have my suspicions about it
I'd like to know what others think

Its ok, but highly limited in removing items

MALWAREBYTES is far and away the better spyware/malware removal tool

Its downloadable as part of Googlepack, so it must be quite good, although I use Malwarebytes Antimalware.

Thanks, its pretty well what I thought.
I've been using Malwarebytes myself up to now
