hi
OH has been offered tickets to a football match this weekend, person who bought them cannot go for family reasons and offered them to her at face value.
they both in Mr ... and say not transferable.
question is how strict are they, its the club she supports against mine and has never seen them, do not want to go to get turned away or refuse and miss a opportunity.
regards

if you are an away fan then the club would have the right to turn you away if sat in a home fan area. If you able to control your emotions then simply sit on your hands and enjoy the game. Names on tickets arent checked, most clubs actually have electronic turnstiles.0

You'll be fine, they wont have time to check each individuals name on a ticket, it's not unusual for someone to buy a pair of tickets, whenever i have done it they put them in my name. Most turnstyles are automated anyway, you just scan the ticket and it lets you in.
Obviously one of you will be in the "wrong" section of the ground so best not to wear colours or celebrate too much if the "wrong" team scores as this can upset the locals and could get you thrown out.
Ok too slow with my typing there !!0 -
looks like going to give it a go, but no team colours, last game we went to my club they did a match scaff with one club logo on one end and the other club on the other, that way we will blend in.
hoping it will be a draw0 -

I regularly use my brother's season ticket for a premier league club when he can't go because of work. Never a problem, the turnstiles are automated, just hold the card to the scanner and in you go.0
