Help With Email For Game

Hiya,
I am looking for another way of contacting Game. I prefer to use email and have sent an email twice now using the contact information on their website but haven't got a reply.
I bought a preowned PSP for a Christmas present for my partner and when he opened it on Christmas morning it wouldn't work. Game did exchange this for me.
I also bought a preowned DS for my Mum for Christmas and she didn't try it until near the end of December, it didn't work either. Again Game did exchange it.
I had sent an email asking their policy on accepting preowned items, did they not try the items first. With both these consoles they did turn on, as I did try that, but would not accept games.
I would have liked a response to my emails, even if it was just an apology, but I have not heard anything, apart from the standard 'we have received your comment and will reply soon' type.
Does anyone have another email address I could try.
Thanks.

I did turn them on and they both turned on okay. The PSP wouldn't accept games and the DS wouldn't let you use the stick on the bottom of the screen.;)I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY;)0
