I think that we will all have to wait until o2 finally get this off of the ground to be certain of exactly what is offered, however, depending of course on a customers requirements, it isn't that attractive IMO.0 -

It doesn't show that. I have Caller ID and only pay BT £11.54.
Still if you don't use it then great you're winning.0 -
Well, I have just filled in the form to let o2 know I may be interested. At the moment I am with PO homephone and o2 BB, and I have an o2 payg mobile.
I am a very light mobile user - around £5 per month, and that doesn't make it worth taking a £10pm simlicity contract, even though the offer is very good I think, but I do spend more than a tenner in any 3 month period, so I qualify for the reduced BB rate. As for the Post Office, they are charging £11pm andf THB their CS totally sucks. If I phone I can never get through - if I do get through I am put on hold for ever then cut off. If I email my enquiry it takes them 3 or 4 days to reply and then they tell me they can't help unless I give them a load of details like number, name, customer number, date of birth etc etc, they reckon it's because of the Data Protection Act. That's just nonsense. Firstly, I already included all that info in the email after being messed about the time before, and second, the question was about general services and absolutely nothing to do with Data Protection. They simply couldn't be bothered to read the email. So I am outta there.
£17 a month all in, with no doubt a decent CS dept? I'll have some of that! I am not interested in caller display, so I guess this helps quite a bit.Try saying "I have under-a-pound in my wallet" and listen to people react!0
