as said,get a wing from a scrappers or ebay,AFAIK the wings are bolt on,if you get one from a scrapyard there is a good chance you can get them to fit it for a priceI

I had the wing replaced and resprayed on my Sierra a couple of years ago, cost me bang on £480. Seems like a fair price, especially if they have to blend the paint etc.0

A 2000 plate Fiesta would make it a mk5. The wings are a combination of bolts and spot welds. If you are careful you can remove the bolts and drill out the spot welds and remove a wing and refit to another car using bolts rather then the spot weld.
I would be at the scrappers for a second hand bumper / wing if it were me.
