Perhaps they are afraid of not being elected or two jags has swung the case.economiser wrote:Hear, Hear, Kenshaz. Life is a dangerous thing after all. I can't imagine how they still let us drive cars. A lot more dangerous than creosote, gas fitting, electrical work, conkers, aspirin overdose etc.To be happy you need to make someone happy.0 -
Exactly we want to make our own decisions ,not have them imposed.Perhaps broccoli is the only safe food that the government want us to eat,and cutting down trees well, only if they are dangerous, but I like to decide that.Volcano wrote:Obviously this forum is to provide advice for others to make their own decisions. Though what this has to do with broccoli and cutting down trees only Heath knows. To be happy you need to make someone happy.0 -
Unfortunately, left to make their own decisions far too many people make the wrong ones and harm those around them.
I don't really understand why the Government seems to want us all to live forever when pensions are so unaffordable. They should encourage speeding, creosoting, smoking, drinking and eating McDonalds carpet burgers.

But we at least can say we had choice, and in a free society let me decide, because the government is only made up of people and why should they know more than me,suppose we elected them, but we can get rid of them if they erode our civil liberties
Sorry for going off the point ,yes we should be able to buy creosote, why is a farmer ,more able than meTo be happy you need to make someone happy.0 -
