I'm inclined to think you should acquire 'company representative status' before posting.

It would also be wise to be aware of which bank you are purporting to represent, is it ICICI Bank or Citibank? ;)

ICICI Bank, just off the phone again trying to transfer money from my Hi Save account to my nominated bank. I am being given the run around and feel I am being blocked getting money from my account. They Stated account dormant in fact it was reactivated some weeks ago and I had gained access to the ICICI website with new password which had been given and transferred money and was given a payment confirmation number, no money was transferred into my bank. On phoning them again this evening I was told the account was dormant as I had not used it for 2 years but they refused to go into discussion into how had I received a payment confirmation number, again I was told they would request a activation of the account. DO NOT USE THIS BANK, You have been warned.

    UPDATE 25/04/2010

Success!!!! after another call I was told that I could close account over the phone, I took up this offer and monies was paid by BACS jnto my account. Only took 2 Months and a lot of hassle. They said that they would leave account open with a zero amount in case I wanted to use it again, guess what NO I WONT.
