What do I do? (-I paid twice)

:-[ :-[ :-[ I tried to pay for an item I purchased on ebay, I paid paypal but was directed to a page saying the website is down do it later!! ....so I did, I get an email from the person saying that I have paid twice >:( I check paypal and I have!! :-[ >:( The seller said he would refund me or should he wait for me to do it, I email back saying please do it your end. Its been about 5 days and still no refund!! How do I do it my end? I have had a few bad eggs on ebay so have already done 2 chargebacks ,which paypal said were the limit!! >:(

Learn how to do it yourself.
Send another nice e-mail and ask them again with a little grovelling.
Pull there contact details and phone them and talk them through it.
Hoefully by then it will be sorted0 -

I've just had the same experience with paypal, they said they were experiencing difficulties, so I thought I'd try with a different card and then checked the history and it has gone through twice. I have just tried calling them and there is no answer at all, despite it saying they are available from 0600. Anyone have any other numbers for them please?0

I paid twice, and phone up paypal and told them, that someone had transfered the money form my account without my permission, they then freezed my account and the persons who's account i sent the money to, then the day after they reversed the tracnscation back to my account, and told me to change my password to enable my account to become unfrozen.!"£$%^&*()0
