NATWEST PPI - another question

Hi all,
I sent my PPI reclaim letter yesterday, recorded delivery.
Although it's just occurred to me that part of my outstanding loan amount on my DMP will still be PPI.
Should I have tried to cancel this first? I'm worried I've missed a step out
Thanks, CC xx

Hi, if this is part of the original agreement that has now gone onto a DMP then I would think that one letter would cover all but they may use the redress to actually reduce the amount you owe them if you win. If you do win you should have all the PPI paid back (and 8% statutory interest for being deprived of the monies) and then the rest of the amount that would be due is then taken from the balance of the loan.Completely_Confused wrote: »Hi all,

Thanks v much for your help
I always panic like this after I've dropped an important letter in the mail, just in case I've overlooked something
