Exporting AOL Address Book to Another PC?

Does anyone have a link to somewhere that can tell me how to export an AOL email address book from one laptop and import into another? The version is AOL 9.0 and the old machine is running XP and the new one is running Windows 7.
Additionally I can find nothing on the AOL site to say if AOL 9.0 VR will run on W7.
Before everyone tells me that AOL email software is rubbish-I already know that. It's for a friend and I've been unable to persuade her to move to Windows Live Mail or Thunderbird...
According to the AOL help pages it is possible to import from other email applications such as Outlook Express, but absolutely nothing on how to export!
Now I can understand AOL not supporting exports to other (better) systems, but why don't they at least support transfer to AOL on another machine?
Or have I missed something obvious?

It's totally impossible to export address book, favorites, saved emails. Disgraceful lock in. Ditch it and set up firefox and thunderbird, or if you want an all in one, seamonkey is probably the closest you'll come.Ubuntu is an ancient African word, meaning: 'I can't configure Debian'.0
