#9i had just typed in https://www.youtube.com and this came up in the url bar aswell as the full error.

well your on here and this isn't a secure site so you must be able to get on normal sites.

Are you accessing this site from another machine? If so, download the Firefox install, copy to a usb stick, whack into the Windows 7 laptop and run the install from there. Simples .
