The dvd on my dad's 2 yr old laptop has stopped working. It doesn't read any discs put into it. It is a matshita uj-850s and has hardly been used. It is only used now and again for archiving photos etc.
I tried to update the driver from control panel and it can't find the driver on the net. I've tried uninstalling the drive and restarting. It found and installed the drive but still didn't work. Help please!
