Caribbean in March with 3year old/childcare

Hi, we have been lucky enough to come into some money, so have decided to go on a wonderful holiday in March for my birthday.

We thought we might go to the Caribbean, and were thinking about choosing somewhere with some sort of childcare, to allow us to perhaps have an evening or couple of hours during the day once or twice, to allow us a bit of a break and adult conversation!

However she is still quite small at 3, and I am not sure what the quality of childcare is or what the set up is like... Could anyone give us any ideas of where to choose, and experiences of childcare /babysitting services on any of these resorts? Thanks
