    We have a roll top bath and I absolutely love it but yes the shower tap (and the bath really :o) is just for show and we have a corner shower cubicle. Our bathroom is only little but it still all fits in and looks fantastic.
    If you want a roll top bath I would defiantly recommend the separate shower
