Has kaspersky definitely been turned off when you run it?

If so bypass that and run SAS instead

Download SUPERANTISPYWARE (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

UPDATE and PERFORM COMPLETE SCAN
(Then goto console and LOGS and post the log it created then untick it from STARTING UP WITH WINDOWS)

Thank you, thank you, thank you.:A:A:A I really cant thank you enough you have saved me so much time, money, possibly my marriage (as I was called for everything and blamed for ruining the machine) and given me piece of mind to know that my system is now cleaner than I think it has been in a long time.

Now that it is clean can you suggest a daily, weekly, monthly routine of what I should use and when I should do it so that I can maintain my machine. I thought all we had to do was use Kaspersky but this has proved me wrong and I now know that scanning with kaspersky is not enough. I have scanned with superantispyware and here is the lastest log.

Well I personally use spybot (And its immunise feature) and malwarebytes monthly

I also use FIREFOX with the NOSCRIPT plug in
