took car 2 garage Tue 12/1, clutch problem. was told 2 pick up car on Fri 15/1 but couldn't get there so went on sat (16/01). There was no bill to settle as the said garage had done work on the clutch a while back & it was still under warranty. On saturday the garage couldn't get the car to start. Now they have no idea what is wrong with it and won't give me a courtesy car. What r my rights? Anyone know? UK law pls

Neither you or the garage even know whats wrong with your car yet. So you don't know whether this problem is even the garages fault yet or not. I think its too early to be thinking about "your rights" yet. You won't be entitled to a courtesy car if that's what your thinking.0

All you can do is to continue chasing up the garage to fix this new fault that had appeared since they had the car in their possession."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
