Oldham has loads of stuff in (Huddersfield Rd) but please check the dates as some plum baby fruit puree'd for my dd was a month out of date....apparently the grocery stock manager said its all 'free' stock they've got in from the tesco's in ireland which are closing for a refurb....keep checking as there should be more due in.

I've stock up on baby juice ususally a good £1.50 a bottle for between 10p-50p, also mccleans toothpaste 20p, huge pantene 90p, kids cherry shampoo 20p, huge roary the racing car bubble bath 90p, twin pack of sanitary towels £1.30, various baby food jars (all stages available) either 10p or 30p-including stage 4 toddler deserts, mach 3 razor plus 2 extra blades £2 plus loads more.

You beat me to it lol

Are there any spell checkers on special?

Now that would be a useful bargain.

I spotted some "spelling police" t-shirts in my local, I can post one to you if you like? ;)

I went to my local Tesco's and I couldn't believe I got some bargains. (managers special) vtech car shape sorter RSP £18.99 for 80p, vtech nursery rhyme book RSP £9.99 for 40p, 2 Tesco's own lorry transporters with a boat at £1 each, a pack of 10 really good excersize books 50p, I am still recovering from shock.

I saw these in my local Tesco too- it was 11pm when the guy was putting them out on the displays and already creating a bit of a crowd.

I went back the next day just by chance, took a look and everything bar a few (2) crates had gone! In the crates were scat sockets for a phillips player of some sort and random childrens toiletries.
I did manage a few good deals though: alldays for 80p instead of £1.79, facial wipes for 80p instead of £3 or £4 (Olay- never bought them before so not sure on the rrp), a deoderant for 50p instead of £2 and noticed on the shelves loads of other bath and body stuff by the Finest range and the B-Naturals range for silly prices too.

Its no wonder everything had vanished within 24 hours!
