Can anyone explain why when I'm watching a downloaded program on iPlayer Desktop, the picture freezes but the sound keeps on going? The picture doesn't ever recover, and all I'm effectively left with is a sound track. Why is this happening?

Does this happen with all your iPlayer videos or just the odd one? If it's the odd one, delete and re-download the tv program. If that's not the issue, then please let us know what OS you are using.0

I'll try another program now. So far I've only tried to play one. It's windows 7 Home Premium.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0 -
Just tried another program and it works okay, so I assume it must be a bad download! Thanks for the help!Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0
