Cheap seeds in 'The Works' bookshop

I'm wondering if it's a one-off but I thought I'd let you know anyway. The deal is 49p each or 3 for £1 for packets of flower and veg seeds. I got a packet of 6 different chili peppers in one (rrp £3.99 :T), organic courgettes (Black Beauty) and tomatoes (Ailsa Craig), but there was quite a good selection of others. Also got a packet of Nasturtium for the bees and flutterbys. Most, if not all, were Johnsons.

This was in Reading's Broad Street Mall, by the way.

EDIT: Balls. Mirry a couple of posts below has already posted about this. I did do a search first, honest!
