hotels around stratford

in UK holidays, days out & entertainments
Id like to stay around stratford around the end of march for 2 nights, can anyone reccomend a lovely hotel, reasonable???
Its our anniversary and hubbys birthday so want somewhere nice, but havent a lot to spend, so if anyone can reccomend somewhere id be really grateful,

    The Falcon Hotel is really nice and you may be able to get a good deal through a hotel comparision site. The Grosvenor is not that exciting to look at, but nice inside. Both are walking distance of the theatre if that is where you are going and if you enjoy a drink. Even if you don't drink, parking is a bit of a hassle in Stratford. The falcon especially has good parking.

    We stayed in the lastminute.com Stratford mystery hotel in November and it was the Mecure Shakespeare - a wonderful wonderful stay that was worth over twice what we paid.

    theres a new Travelodge in Stratford - up by Tesco

    great for when their cheap deals are on..£9, £19 or even £29 is cheaper than any of the in town accomm.

    but not really that fancy, just new and relatively cheap
