Tell your bank you are leaving them as another bank will offer you free business banking for the 1st year. They will probably offer you the same. Bank of Scotland best for free business banking.
The reason its best to have a business account is if you need to open new accounts with suppliers. They often demand proof of trading via a bank account. That is not to say you have to use the business account for all your transaction. When free banking was thin on the ground did all transactions through a personal account and just made 1 payment over every month to keep business account going.
