Hiya

I am in the process of reading through all the information on this page but just wanted some other people's opinions.

Basically i got a credit card from the above bank when i was 18 (was originally for emergencies only), i have been paying PPI for the last 10 years... is there anyway i can claim this back?

Please don't shout me down in flames i am still reading all the above info

Yes you can, for the reasons you have then give it a go.

More here on reclaiming, with guidelines, templates a checklist of mis selling reasons and so on, write what applies to you and they have 8 weeks in full to respond, post by recorded delivery this is your proof of posting, and keep at them.
