If you can't decide which hotel to go for then you may be able to read some reviews on a website like tripadvisor.com.
I was going to book a hotel near Hyde park last month, it looked and sounded great from the website (don't they all). Then i read terrible reviews and decided against it.

In the end i managed to book a double room at the Hilton Hotel for £65 from a great link i was given on this board. I think it was through hotelclub or something

You will not beat https://www.londontown.com for a central hotel.

Recommend when the search is over you select your hotel from the OPAQUE lists.

These are the same hotels but cheaper with conditions attached.

From my experience they tend to be Radisson Edwardian hotels.

Any way 4* central london 2minutes from Oxford St Tottenham Court Road junction cannot be bad. Staying my self in the Radisson Edwardian Kenilworth for £70 per night.

you might touch lucky with a single room bargain from https://www.visitlondon.co.uk
